SHIPPING POLICY

We ship anywhere in Canada via Canada Post. We are not responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply to your order. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. We cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged items upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address.

We try our best to ensure products are of the highest quality and get from our family to yours as promptly as possible. If you find that your product is faulty in any way, please contact us directly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.

RETURNS - At this time we are not offering returns on any products sold. All products are final sale.

EXCHANGES - In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping fees on your exchanged item and any difference in pricing. Please be sure to include a note with your name, order number, and what item you would like instead. You will receive a payment request from us if there are additional charges.
